This is a is a blog for Baruch College Spring 2017 CIS 3810: Principals of New Media.
My name is Brittany Reid. I'm a second semester sophomore pursing a degree in Advertisement Marketing and minoring in Communications. I'm currently working as a general manager at a creative consulting firm, which has given me a lot of opportunity to pursue my interest in exploring where art intersects for industry, which is ultimately my ambition for my career trajectory into advertising. In my free time I enjoy graphic design, pop art, trashing taking cubist painters, kickboxing, and magical realism literature (and cannot recommend Haruki Murakami enough to anyone similarly intersted in surrealist fiction).
